Summary:
This contract provides the District with an Owner's Project Manager as required by the RI School Building Authority to initiate and complete capital improvement projects in excess of $1.5 million. The fees associated with the OPM are subject to reimbursement up to 91% depending upon the project.  
Funding:
Local - Capital Revolving Fund and COVID Relief Funds (contingent upon funding)
