:
In accordance with the Providence Home Rule Charter, the School Board shall elect annually, from among its qualified members, a President, Vice-President and Secretary. Elections shall take place at the Board’s first business meeting of the calendar year. If the Board has fewer than nine members at the time of the first business meeting of the calendar year, then the election shall take place at the first meeting after all vacancies have been filled.
