Summary:
|
In accordance with the City Charter, the shool Board shall elect annually, from among its qualified members, a President, Vice-President and Secretary. Elections shall take place at the Boards first business meeting of the calendar year. If the Board has fewer than nine members at the time of the meeting, then a second election shall take place at the first business meeting after the remaining members have been sworn in.
